A fun-packed, family day out for children aged 0-11, with a focus on learning through play. With over 400 interactive, hands-on exhibits, this is the only dedicated children’s museum in the UK.
Shibden Park
Boasting a miniature railway, boating lake with paddle boats, land train, inclusive play area, cafe and trails to explore, Shibden Park has plenty to keep the kids entertained.
Manor Heath Park and Jungle Experience
A 19 acre park with a ‘jungle experience’ in converted glass houses, in addition to a play area, summer water play area, outdoor gym and cafe. Perfect for a picnic in summer!
National Science and Media Museum, Bradford
A little further away in Bradford, the National Science and Media museum offers free entry to their Wonderlab, Games Room Kodak and TV experiences. Also featuring an iMAX 3D cinema, there’s loads for the kids to do here!
